These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, English Interiors Ltd. 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE We are committed to total customer care. Should you wish to speak to our customer services department please telephone 01538 399191, Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Saturdays 7am to 11am. 2. DELIVERY From your initial enquiry we would expect to see your kitchen delivered and installed within eight weeks of receiving a firm order followed by a deposit. However if you require any special requirements regarding Special Dates we will do our up most to meet your needs. 3. AVAILABILITY All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may arrange delivery and/or installation of the product(s) which are available; we will rearrange for the remainder of your order as soon as the stock becomes available. If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 30 days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods. If we have received payment from you for goods out of stock, or you do not wish to wait for goods to become available, and/or decline our offer of substitute goods, we will refund any monies due, within 7 days of receiving your instructions. 4. VAT Prices on our website all include VAT at the appropriate rate. For VAT refunds (where applicable), please contact our customer services department. 5. WAYS TO PAY To place an order call 01538 399191 to place an order by telephone. 6. LIABILITY If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery/installation, or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. 7. SAFETY ADVICE For your own safety we recommend that you read carefully all safety information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflets that may be included with the product. 8. ERRORS Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of going to press. SUMMARY By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. English Interiors Ltd have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer.
